Refund Policy

By purchasing from Je suis FLIRT’s online international boutique (jesuisflirt.com), you acknowledge and agree to our return & refund policy outlined below: 

Return Eligibility

  • Full Price Items: Eligible for a full refund, size exchange, or online store credit voucher.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing or fit issues. In cases of a manufacturing defect, items may be returned for an online store credit voucher only, subject to the severity of the defect and further inspection. Please note that minor imperfections may not qualify for return or online store credit, given the discounted nature of these archival items.

Return Terms & Conditions

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Returns are accepted at our team's discretion and confirmation.

  • Items returned without tags will not be accepted. Swimwear must include the hygiene sticker and tags. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewellery.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days after receiving our return instructions. Exceeding this timeframe will cancel your return request.

  • If we do not receive your returned item(s) within 30 days from the purchase date, your return request was approved, your return will be cancelled, and no refund or store credit will be issued.

  • Je suis Flirt is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit. If the parcel is lost or undelivered, no refund or store credit will be issued. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • Full Price Items purchased with a Gift Card cannot be refunded and will only be eligible for a Gift Card.

  • If you need a different size, return your item for online store credit and use it to purchase the correct size (subject to availability).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; we do not refund any shipping-related costs.

  • Please note that if the returned item(s) do not meet our return requirements or fail to pass the quality check, we will not be able to issue a refund, store credit, or exchange.

  • If the value of your returned order exceeds IDR 10,000,000, import duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund.

  • Je suis Flirt is not liable for lost garments during return shipping. We recommend using a prepaid service with tracking.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

An “unboxing” video with the whole process showing is required in order to claim this. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at 

flirt_jesuis@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +62 812-8328-7221 within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and relevant photos/videos of the item(s) along with a detailed description of your concern. More photos/videos are mandatory for evaluation by our QC team. Claims with unclear or irrelevant imagery will not be processed. Additional videos may be requested for further investigation.

Delivery and Tax & Duty Payment Refusal

If you refuse the shipment or Duties & Taxes payment upon arrival/delivery by DHL, your order will not be eligible for a refund because the seller has fulfilled their obligation to deliver, and the refusal is a buyer's decision, not a failure on the seller's part.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Je suis Flirt has no control over these charges, and we can't tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Je suis Flirt is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges. If these charges aren't paid on time, your order will be returned to us and no refund will be given. Items will be taken into the disposal process.

We recommend contacting DHL or your local customs office beforehand to get an estimate of potential fees, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days after receiving our return instructions. Exceeding this timeframe will cancel your return request.

You may use a courier of your choice; express shipping is not required. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we do not refund shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

If the value of your returned order exceeds $1,000 AUD, import duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Gift Card & Store Credit Policy

If you received a Gift Card or Store Credit, please adhere to the expiration date stated on the card. 

Gift Cards and Store Credit from an order or purchase from the Je suis Flirt International website are only valid on the same website.

Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be extended or reissued.
