Please note that the colours displayed on our website may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in screen settings and device displays.

Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing or fit issues. In cases of a manufacturing defect, items may be returned for an online store credit voucher only, subject to the severity of the defect and further inspection. If you have an issue with your order or product, please email flirtjesuis@gmail.com.

By completing an online order, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the price on our website.

Prices are stated in USD (US Dollar), EURO, and IDR. (Indonesia Rupiah rate). Price and
availability of the products sold on this site are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made at the time of submitting the online order. Full payment is required
before shipping; it is only effective when the funds are received net of charges in Je suis
FLIRT’s bank account. You can pay for your order only via Bank transfer (Indonesian account only) or Credit Card payment (Indonesia and International).

All online orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Je suis FLIRT. Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. In the event of an unavailable stock situation, we will liaise with you by WhatsApp or email to propose an agreeable alternative.

Je suis FLIRT's prices may vary in the event of price changes or mistakes on this website
without prior notice to you. If Je suis FLIRT requests payment for increased prices, you may
cancel the order.

This order is an offer upon the terms below that cannot be withdrawn by the Buyer prior to the cancellation date. It shall be a binding contract. Any events, whatever they are, which evade Je suis FLIRT’s willpower (force majeure, strike, administrative decision, shipping problem, etc.) and which may affect the execution of the delivery, cannot be used against Je suis FLIRT as a matter of cancellation of the order, neither can give you the right to claim for damage and interests.

This order is subject to the approval of the Buyer’s credit at the time of shipment by Seller
and/or its factor. The seller or its factor may, at any time and from time to time, in its sole
discretion, limit or cancel of the Buyer as to time and amount, and as a consequence, may
require anticipation or demand payment in C.O.D. (cash on delivery/money order/cashier’s
check) of any untitled portion of this order. International customers must make payment(s) via bank wire transfer(s) and/or credit card.

All orders will be accepted regardless of delays or non-delivery caused by reasons beyond our control.

If any provision of this agreement is held to be unlawful, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations or agreements between the parties concerning its subject matter. This agreement is intended as the FINAL, COMPLETE, and EXCLUSIVE statement of the terms between the parties.

No waiver, amendment, or modification of this agreement by Buyer shall be effective unless in writing and signed as accepted by Seller. No failure or delay by Seller in exercising any right, power or remedy shall operate as a waiver or the right, power, or remedy. No waiver of any term, condition, or default of this agreement by Seller shall be construed as a waiver of any other term, condition, or default.

This agreement is deemed to be drafted jointly by both parties. Both parties acknowledge that failure of Seller to perform may cause Buyer to incur costs not contemplated by this agreement and that the amounts of such costs are extremely difficult and impracticable to fix. Seller shall therefore NOT be liable for any consequential damages whatsoever.

This order IS NOT cancellable unless requested to and accepted by the Seller in writing within five (5) days of the date of this order. Seller is not responsible for calling the buyer before the ship date unless there is a problem with the order(s).

All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. NO RETURNS are accepted without the Seller’s prior written permission. For Je suis FLIRT’s full return policy, please click the link here.

Seller accepts credit card, bank wires, and checks from the Buyer as a form of payment for this order.

Seller has the right to request from the buyer 50% production down payment on all orders.
Seller has the right to retain the deposit upon any breach of this agreement by the buyer. Any attempt to cancel contract after the allotted time is an express breach of this agreement.

All sales are subject to our Returns Policy.

Promotional Codes

Je suis FLIRT occasionally has special offers that can be applied to your order by using a
promotional code. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the
promotional code in the space provided during the checkout process and hit the "apply" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically.

If you have not applied the promotional code but order was placed during the event contact our team straight after you’ve placed your order. It is up to Je suis FLIRT's discretion to refund you the discounted amount.

Please note, only one promotional code may be used per transaction. Unless otherwise
specified, each promotional code may only be used once per customer.

Intellectual Property

Je suis FLIRT owns the intellectual property in its garment designs, fabric designs and images. Je suis FLIRT forbids the use of its designs and images for any purpose without prior written consent from Je suis FLIRT.

Prohibited Content

You acknowledge and agree to not send any prohibited content over the Platform. Prohibited content includes:

  • Any fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing, or stalking activity;
  • Objectionable content, including profanity, obscenity, lasciviousness, violence, bigotry, hatred, and discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
  • Pirated computer programs, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code;
  • Any product, service, or promotion that is unlawful where such product, service, or promotion thereof is received;
  • Any content that implicates and/or references personal health information that is protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) or the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (“HITEC” Act);
  • Any other content that is prohibited by Applicable Law in the jurisdiction from which the message is sent.

Dispute Resolution

In the event that there is a dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Us or any other
third-party service provider acting on Our behalf, arising out of or relating to federal or state statutory claims, common law claims, this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, such dispute, claim, or controversy will be, to the fullest extent permitted by law, determined by the Indonesian law.

Miscellaneous

You warrant and represent to Us that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to
agree to these Terms and perform your obligations hereunder, and nothing contained in this Agreement or in the performance of such obligations will place you in breach of any other contract or obligation. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. Any new features, changes, updates or improvements of the Program shall be subject to this Agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time. Any updates to this Agreement shall be communicated to you. You acknowledge your responsibility to review this Agreement from time to time and to be aware of any such changes. By continuing to participate in the Program after any such changes, you accept this Agreement, as modified.

Your Use of the Website

You agree that you will use this website in accordance with these terms and conditions and that you will not use this website for any unlawful purpose.

You will not violate or attempt to violate the security of this website. You will not hack into this website, Je suis FLIRT’s computer systems, or the computer systems of other users of this website. Hacking means unauthorized access, malicious damage, and/or interference.

This Terms of Sale and Use of Website Agreement together with the other policies on this
website are the entire agreement between us (Je suis FLIRT) and the user (yourself).
